Christine Ramello currently serves as a Senior Director in the Transformation Services group within the Management Consulting Practice at 9Gauge Partners. Christine brings over 13 years of experience in financial operations, transactions, audit and accounting for a variety of companies; from venture-backed early stage entities to publicly traded multi-billion-dollar corporations (Fortune 100).
Christine’s expertise includes interim CFO services, financial due diligence, pre and post-transaction projects, including designing and implementing synergy tracking, integration management office (IMO), and Board-level reporting. She has also advised clients on transaction structure, project management, carve-out transactions, financial modeling, transaction accounting, and contracting matters. She is a proven finance professional that can seamlessly scale up and down to support executives with high-level strategy and management as well as detailed complex analyses and ad-hoc special projects. She currently focuses on PE funded DSO and MSO clients.
Christine started her career at KPMG LLP in Denver, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Jose where she conducted independent audits and offered transaction & advisory services for entities in a variety of industries including: technology, manufacturing real estate, oil and gas, building and construction, financial services, hospitality, not-for-profit, government and higher education. Christine also provided Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services, including risk assessment, design of controls, documentation, and testing.
Christine holds an MBA and BS in Finance and Accounting from The University of Colorado at Boulder, with honors. While a student at The University of Colorado, Christine was a ski instructor and studied international business at Lorenzo di Medici in Florence, Italy.
