Mr. Pegg has more than twenty years of experience as an investor and advisor in the healthcare services industry. He started his private equity career with MVP Capital Partners in Philadelphia; and, was recently a partner with Enhanced Equity Funds in New York. As part of his responsibilities, he has evaluated and been involved with numerous provider-based multi-site healthcare companies, including those in the dental space. An accomplished business development professional, he is well-versed in LBO, corporate development, mergers & acquisitions and strategic development.
