Dykema’s 17th M&A Outlook Survey: How COVID-19, regulatory changes and emerging deal trends will shape the M&A market
National law firm Dykema is inviting top dealmakers like you to participate in its 17th annual M&A Outlook Survey, with the aim to assess the following:
- State of the U.S. and international M&A markets, and the evolving effects of COVID-19
- Impact of the Biden administration’s regulatory agenda on the market
- Emerging trends impacting M&A such as the rise of environmental, social and governance due diligence and SPAC IPOs
Your insights will inform our 2021 M&A Outlook Report and help us gauge the direction of the market and economy.
