CONFERENCE AND WORKSHOP INFORMATION
|
|
|
|
|
- Conference Registration: Dykema DSO Conference Registration and all meeting space is on the 1st Floor of the Convention Center in and around the Adams Ballroom.
- Registration and check-in will open on Wednesday, July 10th at 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday Workshop attendees can pick up their badge on Wednesday morning prior to the start of their workshop.
- If you have an outstanding payment, you will have the ability to pay via credit card at the conference welcome desk. Outstanding balances must be paid in full in order to attend.
- Please remember to wear your name badge throughout the entirety of the meeting!
- Wednesday Workshops: Wednesday Workshop attendees can pick up their badge on Wednesday morning at the Conference Registration desk (any time between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.) prior to the start of their workshop. Wednesday Workshops are only for those who purchased Workshop Registration, walk-ins the day off are not allowed. Outstanding balances must be paid in full in order to attend.
- Attire: The attire for the seminar is business casual. July in Denver is sunny and warm, with average highs in the 90s, and lows in the 60s. It will be cool in the meeting space, so a jacket or sweater is recommended.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE STAYING ON PROPERTY

- Room Cancellations: Please be aware that the hotel requires all room cancellations and changes be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in to the hotel is 4 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m.
- Parking and Valet: The hotel offers self-parking for $29 per night and valet services for $39 per night.

AIRPORT AND TRANSPORTATION
|
|
|
|
|
- The Denver International Airport is the main airport to fly into. It is located 8.5 miles from the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, a 15-minute drive. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available at the airport.
- The hotel offers shuttles on the hour and every half hour from the Light Rail station at 61st and Pena Blvd to the hotel. More information on the Light Rail schedule from the airport can be found here.

| Sponsors and registrants often ask if Dykema releases a list of attendees or email addresses prior to or upon completion of our events. Although we do not release this information, we do offer the ability for everyone to connect by way of our mobile event app sponsored by Subscribili during the conference. |
| To download the mobile app, visit your app store and search for “CVENT EVENTS”. Once installed search “DYKEMA”, you will be able to build out your profile with essential information that everyone can view. In your settings you will be able to choose whether you would like fellow attendees will have the ability to reach out to you during the conference. |
