Evan has 30 years of experience in commercial financing and banking experience in the Healthcare M&A space. He has built healthcare groups at six different banks on the west coast and authored loan policy, procedures and guidelines audited by state and government regulatory boards.

Evan has provided strategic growth solutions to countless emerging and established DSOs. Besides the dental segment, Evan has helped Opthalmology, Dermatology, Radiology, Senior Housing, Pain Management and Urgent Care groups grow and thrive.

He moved to Tennessee in 2021 to take over the healthcare group for a Nashville-based regional bank, and to re-align and grow the healthcare portfolio.

Evan is consistently invited to speak at numerous healthcare events and panels primarily in the dental segment to emerging DSOs across the country.
